Regardless of whether you are a private or business customer, or whether your operator is Orange, Swisscom or Sunrise, you can find all the answers to your questions at an Orange Center, whether they are about network coverage, prices, services or mobile phones. Our Orange Centers and Orange Points provide the latest offers, first-class service and expert advice.

As an Orange customer you benefit from the following exclusive services at our Orange Centers:
- Online access to your personal data (view your account, change your customer profile, etc.)
- Member get Member, the Orange recommendation programme
- Configuration of Orange Internet access on your laptop
- Comprehensive advice on activating and expanding your price plan via our additional services such as the Travel, Student, Premier, MMS and Data Options
- Copy or exchange of your SIM card, e.g. an upgrade to the UMTS SIM card with 500 phone record storage
And because we want to be there for everyone, the following services are not just for our Orange customers but also for Swisscom or Sunrise customers:
- Support with the configuration of your mobile phone, such as your personal organiser (email, WAP, MMS and GPRS)
- Recharging mobile phone batteries
